A Phi Beta Kappa, with degrees from Indiana and Boston University, and with many professional awards, Rita Guastella brings 20 years' experience as a multi-family landlord to those seeking a home in one of the country's most forward-thinking and interesting cities. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Rita led marketing communications campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. And, as a single parent, she was one of the first in Massachusetts to adopt her daughter from China--an experience that drove her to help raise millions of dollars for low-income people throughout the state, and hundreds of thousands of dollars for abandoned children who were still living in Chinese orphanages. She was the creative force behind Families with Children from China for its first 11 years.
